BlueNote is operated by Hoist Studio (a sole proprietorship doing business as Hoist Studio). We want you to feel confident trying BlueNote. If you're not happy with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or any subsequent renewal.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us directly with the email address you used at checkout. We'll process the refund through Stripe back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can also cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page.
What happens to your data after a refund
If you request a refund, your subscription is cancelled and access to the paid features ends at the close of your current billing period. Your account and any client data you've uploaded remain available so you can export or delete them. See our Privacy Policy for full retention and deletion details.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The 30-day refund window applies to each renewal as well — if you forget to cancel and get charged, just reach out within 30 days of that renewal and we'll refund it in full.
